Cartridge or Panel Frame Filter
Panel filter (cartridge filter, frame filter) is designed for cleaning of air flow for recycling and also for exhaust and supply air at condition and ventilation systems. Filter material provides the high rate of dust holding capacity and effective air cleaning. Polyester is formed from a rigid design of fiber arrangement depending on the class of cleaning and thickness, that’s why the density of fibers increases in the direction of the air flow direction, and the thickness decreases. The non-woven filter materials that are used for the manufacturing of this kind of filters have moisture resistance up to 100% and heat resistance up to 80 °C. It’s the progressive design of fabric, thus achieving maximum cleaning efficiency like using of the whole filter’s thickness for dust saving.
- In the manufacture of filter fabric, inexpensive polyester and polypropylene fiber types are used, thereby reducing the final cost of the product, without compromising the quality.
- Due to the special design of the filter material lying (corrugated ribs), the working area of the filter is increased, and aerodynamic parameters are increased and energy costs are reduced.
- G1-G4 class filters serve as the first (initial) stage of cleaning, which is installed directly to the fine filter F5-F9. The use of such air filters occurs in central air-conditioning systems, as well as supply ventilation as the main filter in single-stage purification systems or as a preliminary purification device in multistage systems.
