Copeland Valve has been a leader in manufacturing catalyst feeder valves for over two decades. The company has significantly enhanced the cycle life of these valves from an initial maximum of 10,000 cycles to several million between maintenance cycles, exemplifying their enduring reliability. The first valve created by Copeland remains operational, demonstrating the long-term effectiveness of their products. Recent innovations include the introduction of a Zero Leakage packing system, developed with the collaboration of engineers from Chevron Phillips. This alignment has led to a product that not only extends operational life but also focuses on eliminating emissions from packing areas. The introduction of two new models in 2012, which have been installed in both the U.S. and Asia, underlines Copeland’s commitment to high cycle and reliable feeder solutions.
Copeland has been making catalyst feeder valves for over 20 years now. Our first efforts met with great success, increasing cycle life from a maximum of 10,000 cycles to several million between changeouts. In fact, our very first valve is still in operation and working well.
Copeland now has a variety of options available when ordering these items. We have a new Zero Leakage packing system that was custom made for these feeders. Engineering assistance from several experienced engineers at Chevron Phillips assisted with this effort and this collaboration yielded a very exciting product.
