Imbema DENSOLEN - Model AS40 Plus -Ccold Workable Plastic Wrapping Tape
The DENSOLEN® AS40 Plus is a cold workable plastic wrapping tape with a roll width of 100 mm. The wrapping tape meets the requirements according to DIN 30672, DIN-EN 12068 and ASTM and AWWA for the protection of underground pipes, tanks and accessories with an operating temperature up to +50 ° C.
ANTI-CORROSION COATING
It is a single-band system for the anti-corrosion coating of metal pipes for high mechanical and corrosive loads. The co-extruded belt consists of 3 layers and is made of a proven anti-corrosion technique that has been used for 40 years and has a thickness of ≥0.8 mm. Processing is easy due to the flexible and very tear-resistant carrier. Thanks to the innovative composition, the bands fuse together at the overlap and form a completely tight covering.
COMPOSITION:
Universally applicable on factory coverings made of Pe, PP, FBE, PU, CTE and bitumen. The AS40 Plus also has a high density against water vapor and oxygen diffusion.
Composition: The DENSOLEN®-AS40 Plus system consists of: DENSOLEN®-HT Primer. A solvent based primer according to EN 12068 and DIN 30672 for corrosion protection with DENSOLEN® tapes.
