CDW / DOM / CEW Tubes

The CDW / DOM / CEW Tubes are made from high-grade metal and are used in high precision bobbin tubes, cylinder bore tubes for shock absorbed industry, tubes for pressure applications as in boilers and plant fork tubes for the auto industry. These are produced from the tube mill by plug & die combination and mounted on the drawbench. In DOM tubes, the red hot steel is forced over a mandrel and through a die of a fixed diameter, this results in a tube that has no seam. In this, a lot of tubes have welded seam on the inside of the tube, which leads to a weak spot. In DOM tubes, there is no such scope of weakness possibility.
