CE Marked Substation Transformer Oil Recycling Equipment
HOPU ZYD-I Series CE Marked Substation transformer oil recycling system is specially designed for on site use to completely purify and regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers. It can regenerate and recycle the old aging transformer oil to approximate new oil. Provide regular oil purification including degassing, drying and particulate removal but also remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products, and improve color. For special application, the system also can be mounted on a leak proof base or be installed and operated on a trailer.
1. Equipped with double stage high vacuum system (oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump + roots vacuum pump), which ensures fast vacuum pumping speed and high vacuum degree.
2. Unique vacuum dehydration, degassification and regeneration system, adopt stereo-evaporation technology. Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid water quickly.
3. UK g technology by which the trace water that is show chain, such as dissolved water, can be removed effectively.
4. Precise and multi-stage oil filtration system (primary filter, secondary filter, fine filter) with gradually increasing precision, which can effectively remove mechanical impurities from oil.
5. Can be applied for vacuum oiling and drying power transmission equipment.
6. Special additives for depolarization can recover oil color of aged transformer oil to new.
7. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, electric heater and oil level controller, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leakage. If there is any fault, the machine will be power off automatically.
