ISOCELL - Cellulose Fibre
Cellulose blow-in insulation – blown insulation made from newspapers. ISOCELL cellulose blow-in insulation is a thermal insulation made from cellulose fibres which is produced from newspaper in an optimal recycling process. Therefore, the raw material for ISOCELL is wood, the excellent properties of which have been known to us for centuries. Production of ISOCELL takes place in Austria, in one of the most modern plants in Europe. The newspaper is delivered pre-sorted, is roughly torn, mixed with mineral salts and ground in a mill. The flock is rot-proof and resistant to vermin and mould.
ISOCELL is non-toxic, contains no harmful substances or additives, is pleasantly soft and warm to the touch. It does not irritate or damage the skin and for this reason it rates as a friendly insulation.
Licensed ISOCELL specialist companies blow the cellulose fibre into the cavities with the aid of special blowing machines. The cellulose fibres mat inside the construction to form a perfectly fitting insulation mat that is jointless and settles well.
Field of application
The insulating material cellulose is used in new buildings and in renovations as a loose blown-in insulation in the roof, wall, ceiling and floor.
Advantages
- very good thermal insulation values
- outstanding protection against heat
- optimal sound insulation
- high fire protection
- regulates humidity
- no wastage, no joints
- fast and clean
- effective environmental and climate protection
ISOCELL cellulose is natural thermal insulation made from cellulose fibre and produced by recycling clean, sorted newspaper. Mineral salts are added for optimization of fire protection. Production takes place in accordance with strict quality criteria at our own plants in Austria, Belgium, Germany, France and Sweden. ISOCELL cellulose is permeable and regulates moisture. The good thermal insulation properties not only keep the cold outside in winter but also the heat in summer. In total, the natural properties of cellulose fibre in connection with ISOCELL`s blowing system fulfill even the highest demands on room climate and energy saving.
