The heart of the CenterFlow is the robust screen drum, in which the particles to be separated are retained and gently drained and discharged from the system. In the inlet chamber of the machine, the inflowing medium is homogenized and the flow rate is reduced. The tangentially flowed screen surface is used for effective fine screening, even of high hydraulic loads. Due to the configuration of the drum, the focus of the task can be on the rapid discharge of the solids or on the slower passage through the drum if the retained solids are to be additionally washed or well drained. With a constant speed and low drive power, the CenterFlow drum screen is a reliable component in the operational machine equipment.
