Hedun - Model UHB-ZK Series -Centrifugal Anti-Corrosion Slurry Handling Pump
UHB-ZK series corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant pumps are single-stage single-suction cantilever centrifugal pumps, and the wearing parts are steel-lined ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). This material is a new generation of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant engineering plastic for pumps in the world. Its outstanding advantage is that it has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance (especially low temperature impact resistance) in all plastics. Creep resistance (resistance to environmental stress cracking) and excellent corrosion resistance.

The pump is resistant to both corrosion and abrasion and has a wide range of uses.
The pump has been used for a long time in acidic pulp and dilute acid posts in more than 300 large non-ferrous smelting and sulfuric acid companies such as zinc plants. Its corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, seal reliability, and service life have been highly evaluated.
Pump Brief Description of Main Technical Performance
- Corrosion and abrasion resistance, multi-purpose with one pump, suitable for acid and alkali liquid slurry.
- The pump body is a steel-lined ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene structure with a lining thickness of 8-20mm. Compared with other similar pumps, it has the advantages of good thermal deformation resistance, crack resistance, anti-shedding, and high operating temperature.
- There are two types of impeller, closed type, which can be selected according to the condition of the medium.
- Seal: K type dynamic seal, G3 type mechanical seal.
- Applicable medium: sulfuric acid with a concentration below 80%, nitric acid with a concentration below 50%, hydrochloric acid with various concentrations, and liquid alkali. It is suitable for both liquid and slurry.
- Main technical parameters: Operating temperature -20 ? ~ 105 ? (using modified material U00), inlet diameter 32 ~ 350mm, flow rate 5 ~ 2600m3 / h, and head within 80m.
