Yili - Model MiQumn G25 -Centrifugal Desalting Column
The medium of MiQumn G25 centrifugal desalting column is a type of gel filtration medium based on dextran. Its working principle mainly relies on the molecular sieving effect of dextran gel with a mesh-like structure to separate substances based on their molecular size.
The MiQumn™G25 centrifugal desalting column has a retention rate of over 95% for salts and small molecules, allowing for nearly equal volume recovery. The sample is not diluted, enabling excellent protein desalting while maintaining extremely high recovery rates. This product eliminates the need for column packing and replaces the time-consuming traditional dialysis process, achieving rapid purification of proteins or exchange of protein buffers. With just a few simple centrifugation steps, the desalting of samples or replacement of buffer solutions can be completed.
