ebm-papst - Centrifugal Fans with Forward Curved Blades
Centrifugal fans with forward-curved blades, produced by ebm-papst, are designed for applications requiring low volume flows and high static pressure increase. These fans are available as either motor-impeller units or complete with housing. With the housing, options include both single and double inlet designs. These fans operate within a voltage range of 16 to 57 VDC or 200 to 480 V, and a frequency of 50/60 Hz. They deliver airflow rates between 70 and 8000 m³/h, consuming power between 30 and 750 watts. The fans can handle counter pressures from 30 to 700 Pa and incorporate EC technology, offering various control and regulation functions. The construction materials include corrosion-resistant PP plastic, Sendzimir galvanized sheet steel, and steel housing for the enclosure, while the impellers are made from black plastic PA or Sendzimir galvanized sheet steel, with rotors overmoulded with aluminum. These design choices ensure both durability and performance efficiency in demanding technical applications.
