CGS ProzessAnalytik - Model Type BAL -Heated Analytic Line

The heated analytic line BAL serves to transport sample gases that have to hold at specific temperatures. It can be heated up to +200°C and is also temperature-regulated.

The analytic lines are available with different nominal width. The connecting fitting and the inner connection have the same nominal width, hence the connection is seamless. I.e. the nominal width is the same on the whole analytic lines length. The PTFE hose is braided with stainless steel and therefore suitable for raised pressure resistance.  Furthermore, the heating cable is wrapped spiral shaped around the inner line by which a homogenous temperature distribution is guaranteed (compared with an in parallel pulled heating wire). The inner line is isolated with a fine pored silicone tube thermally. Both ends of the analytic line BAL5 are provided with RSL armatures from stainless steel for the connection by means of clamp ring screw connection. The analytic line BAL6 owns an exchangeable soul from PTFE-tube. The line ends are concluded by silicone caps with kink protection and strain relief.
