AQOZA - Model CDC -Chlorine Dry Scrubber

Filtration Media: AQOZA has a wide range of adsorption media for specific adsorption of gases. AQOZA CDS uses high adsorption capacity AQOZA CASORB4-CL, which is manufactured in coconut based activated carbon treated with speciality chemicals for Chlorine gas adsorption. The media has a removal efficiency of above 99%.

Vessel Construction: The entire vessel`s construction and accessories are made of non-corrosive and specially treated PP material which provides UV protection and is also flame proof. The vessel is also light weight.

Suction Fan: All standard units are fitted with a non-corrosive PP fan, which is quiet in operation and free from vibration and noise. It is available for single phase and three phase operations.

Media replacement: This can be identified by doing a Sniff test at the outlet of the fan or by using portable or fixed chlorine gas sensor. The used media can be taken off and land disposed. New media can be filled with the help of the instruction manual.
