The Chlory® Electro-Chemistry technology to design a fully integrated and skid mounted sodium hypochlorite generator to produce 0.8% strength sodium hypochlorite solution in range: 556lb (250kg) – 4500lb (2,000kg) NaOCl/day by brine electrolysis process.
- Anode: 2Cl–2e- → Cl2
- cathode: 2H2O + 2e- → H2 + OH-
Total Reaction: 2NaOH + Cl2 → NaCl + NaClO + H2O
Chlory® Skid-Mounted machine provide minimal operator attention for a quick Plug-Play running to produce NaCLO and dosing on site.
Installation Steps:
- Connect to the water supply pipeline;
- Connect the chlorination pipeline;
- Install hydrogen exhaust pipe;
- Switch on the power supply.
