Sunwill supply high chrome blow bars and with ceramic inserts. High chrome blow bars have the best wear resistance among all types blow bars but the lowest impact resistance so the feeding size into the impactor chamber must be strictly controlled and any unbreakable object is not allowed into the chamber.

With the ceramic inserts on the wear face, working life of the high chrome blow bars can be largely increased. Normally the high chrome/ceramic blow bar has 2 times wear life as much as the pure chrome blow bar.
