Hein Lehmann - Circular Vibration Screening Machines
Conventional HEIN, LEHMANN screening machines offer the ideal solution for all standard applications. The bolted/welded construction with unbalanced shaft or unbalanced motor drive keeps the maintenance expenses low and provides a long service life.
The well-proven construction is also approved in detail:
- Cross bars extensively machined to bore-hole gauge result in a low-tension structure
- All types of screening panels from our own manufacture provide an optimal combination between machine and screen medium
- Extensive utilization of standard parts and an intentional avoidance of more complex designs enable low-cost maintenance
Both, single-deck as well as double-deck screening machines are available as circular or linear oscillating screening machines.
Possible panel variants are e.g.:
- Wire cloths
- Harp screens
- Polyurethane screen panels
- Exchange systems
- Wedge wire screens
The construction sizes start with approx. 3 m² up to approx. 16 m² per deck. Special designs, such as units with dust protection, complete the program.
Especially the DUK design series in particular offers solution options for even higher efficiencies and capacities, also in case of difficult to screen materials:
- A double-shaft drive results in a more uniform oscillation mode over the entire length of the machine
- Operating frequencies adjusted by means of a frequency converter enable an exact adjustment to the operating conditions
- Higher accelerations cause a more intense screening output than in the case of conventional screening machines
