Gorlitz - Model 6200 -Clamp Fixture for Pipe Welding

Gorlitz Model GO 6200 Clamp Fixture is primarily constructed out of heat treated aluminum with the exception of the steel crank assembly which is operational from both sides of the clamp fixture. Each 2”, 3” and 4” diameter pipe size requires a set of five inserts which can be quickly added or changed with a single bolt. No inserts are required for the 6” diameter pipe. Hardened steel is used for the pin and locking assembly to increase longevity and to produce a proper welding bead during the pipe curing process. Two cam roller bearings and four linear roller bearings provide a smooth movement of the sliding clamp section while the upper clamp section is provided with locating pins for the Model GO 6300 Heat Iron.
