SUNTRONT - Model NB-IoT -Clap-on Water Meter (Non-Magnetic)
The water meter adopts the advanced Non-Magnetic sampling technique. It is a kind of technique that ensure high measuring accuracy, wide measuring range, and it not affect by the water quality.
NB-IoT clap-on water meter is used for measuring water flow rate through pipe via wireless NB-IoT network uploading water consumption. Base meter and electronic module can be completely separated for future maintenance and upgrade on site.

Water meter will be timed uploaded data at 0 o’clock by default. These data including frozen accumulated water consumption of the previous day, real-time accumulated water consumption, signal value, battery voltage and so on. And If it is fails, water meter will automatically replenish the data in the next cycle.
- Clap-on structure: The base meter and electronic module can be completely separated for future maintenance and upgrade.
- Non-magnetic sampling: Free from magnetic attack with the advantage of high measurement precision and stable performance.
- Alarm function: Water meter will automatically alarm when battery voltage is low.
- Timed upload function: The data will be uploaded at 0 o’clock by default.
- Storage function: Water meter can store frozen data for 12 months continuously.
- Water meter installation should be complied with GB/T778.2 installation requirements.
- It is suggested to install the filter in front of the ultrasonic water meter and install the valve in front of the filters to facilitate the maintenance and cleaning of the filters.
- Wash the pipe before installation to avoid threads, tones or other sundries in the pipeline from causing malfunction of the meter.
- Water meter should be installed horizontally (display face up).
- Please leave enough space for repairing, and install according to water flow direction on the pipe.
- Please do not apply too much force when connecting the ultrasonic water meter and pipe, to avoid damaging the meter body and causing water leakage.
- Please do not knock the meter shell violently or cause strong vibration during installation, in case of damaging the equipment.

- Low power consumption PSM: sleep mode for power saving, messages are cached to prevent loss; eDRX: intermittent wake up mechanism supports message cache, shortening the message delivery cycle.
