The system boasts superior peak power and CEP stability for reliable attosecond pulse generation and supports high-harmonic generation (HHG) for generating extreme ultraviolet (EUV) or soft-X-ray pulses. The Attodriver series includes various models with pulse energies ranging up to 300 μJ and repetition rates from 40 kHz to 200 kHz, ensuring adaptability for a spectrum of applications.
