Class 7 Cleanrooms
We are proud to have a 1,000-square-foot Class 7 Cleanroom, which is managed with very stringent standard operating procedures. Our cleanroom allows us to manufacture high-quality medical devices to the most exacting standards. In fact, we pride ourselves on maintaining a very low particulate count and strong environmental controls to ensure our devices are ready to use in surgery.
A cleanroom is a controlled environment. Most medical devices require a Class 8 Cleanroom to produce, but our team is happy to work in an ISO Class 7 Cleanroom, which meets standards that are one level higher than this requirement.
Cleanrooms can be expensive for customers to maintain on their own, which is why we’re happy to offer such an important space for medical device manufacturing and packaging.
