Clean Air Trakker - Portable Cleanroom Fogging System
The Clean Air Trakker™ cleanroom fogger is easy to use, portable, reliable and provides excellent results. The unit comes complete with fog producing unit, fog dispersion hose and cleanroom shockproof transportation case.

Using only megasonic sound energy and clean (WFI, UPW, Distilled) warm or cold water a light fog "clean smoke" is produced with linear control of both velocity and density. Maintainable and repeatable fog output is produced so you can perform airflow pattern mapping and dynamic smoke studies. Just add clean water and turn it on. Visualizing cleanroom airflow patterns has never been easier.
Other technologies such as liquid nitrogen and dry ice provide little adjustability, consistency or repeatability of fog outputs and produce high velocities which disrupt the air flow patterns you are trying to see. These technologies also produce a much heavier fog that can be misleading when tracking delicate airflows.
Smoke sticks leave residue and have been documented as reactive with various de-contamination processes such as VHP. The Clean Air Trakker™ produces clean fog with no contamination of your controlled environment.
