Depureco - Model M100 Jet -Clean® Fine Dust Industrial Vacuum Cleaner
The M100 Jet Clean® belongs to Depureco’s single-phase series of industrial vacuum cleaners and stands out as the most powerful cyclone model. With its 3 By-Pass motors, it achieves an impressive power output of 3.3 HP. This industrial vacuum cleaner, the M65/100 Jet Clean®, is designed to handle various types of materials, including dust, chips, liquids, and challenging substances, with the flexibility to use hoses extending over several meters.
Standard features of this vacuum cleaner include a 5425.01 in2 PTFE filter certified as Class M by the BIA (Berufsgenossenschaftliches Institut für Arbeitssicherheit) with a filtration efficiency of 1 µ. The JetClean® filter cleaning system utilizes the pressure differential between the inside and outside of the vacuum cleaner to effectively clean the filter. The tangential inlet and protective sleeve of the filter cartridge harness the cyclonic effect of dust, slowing it down and directing it into the container, thereby safeguarding the filter.
For the convenience of material collection and disposal, the M65/100 Jet Clean® cyclonic vacuum cleaner is equipped with a practical release container on wheels. The 26 gal container featuring reinforced external support for the four pivoting wheels to ensure safe handling, even with a substantial weight of material inside. If needed, a forklift handling kit can be requested, allowing the container to be lifted and emptied by tilting. Additionally, there is an M 100 Jet Clean® LP version available for direct bagging purposes.
SUCTION UNIT
The suction power is created by three by-pass motors, each of which can be individually controlled using separate switches, giving the operator the ability to adjust the intake performance. The motors are housed in a robust casing, accompanied by an insulating sponge that effectively reduces noise levels to maintain a quiet operation.
FILTERING ELEMENT
Reliable filtration is provided by a durable polyester filtering cartridge. This cartridge is designed to maximize the filter surface area while occupying a compact space, allowing air to pass through even when the filter becomes dirty. The filter is certified as M Class according to BIA | EN 60335-2-69 standards, effectively trapping particles up to 1 micron in size, thus safeguarding both the motors and the operator.
Jet Clean® FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM
Depureco has incorporated a cutting-edge cleaning system called JetClean® into the vacuum cleaner. This innovative system takes advantage of the pressure differential between the vacuum cleaner's exterior and interior, creating a powerful jet flow within the cartridge. This flow effectively dislodges dust particles from the surface of the filter, ensuring a rapid and efficient cleaning process while the motors continue to operate uninterrupted.
COLLECTION BIN
