  • Our PerForm® glass media are tuned for high-speed rotary pleaters and provide a 10% to 16% lower pressure drop compared to competitive media for the same efficiency.
  • H&V’s high efficiency and clean room filtration media meet the most stringent requirements of all international standards.

Cleanroom filtration is required in a broad range of industrial, semiconductor, nuclear, pharmaceutical, and biomedical applications. Multiple product configurations are used including panels, compact filters, and deep-pleat applications. These products are processed using a variety of techniques—rotary mini-pleating, knife pleating, and deep pleating with aluminum separator.

H&V’s high efficiency clean room filtration media offers enhanced properties such as high performance, low-pressure drop, strength, and low boron content.

  • Standard glass media for mini-pleat, deep-pleat, and compact filter processing.
  • Perform glass media offers superior processing characteristics and a 10% to 16% lower pressure drop compared to competitive media with the same efficiency.
  • Molecular Filtration Media (MFM) works well in mini-pleat applications to remove contaminants in the PPM, PPB, and PPT levels. When combined with HEPA filter or ULPA filter media, it provides low pressure drop and high efficiency.
  • Formit media delivers high strength and water resistance. Low boron media is specially developed for the semiconductor industry and contains only slight traces of boron oxide.

H&V also has created laminated structures that combine different technologies to enhance specific performance characteristics.
