Ace Instruments - Model AI-CRM1-1 -Cleanroom Monitor
Ace Instruments cleanroom monitor (AI-CRM1-1) is the ideal partner in maintaining cleanroom environmental control and ensuring compliance. The instrument provides reliable monitoring and violation alerts of the critical parameters of temperature, humidity, and differential pressure. Additional features include a built-in buzzer for parameter violation alert, an individual LED for process violation visual alert, and RS 485 Modbus Communication for easy integration to BMS/SCADA/EMS.
Designed with ease of installation and usability in mind, the instrument features minimum cabling and easy flush mounting in modular wall panels or brick walls of your cleanroom environment. It also comes with convenient built-in sensors, a combination humidity and temperature sensor, flushed to the front stainless steel plate, and differential pressure with hose nipple connections at the rear for positive and negative pressure connections. The AI-CRM1-1 ensures efficient and effective cleanroom environmental control, enabling you to maintain a clean and safe environment.
