ClearSky PLUS - Inrush Mitigation Solution
ClearSky PLUS is an advanced, patented modular interconnection solution designed for whole facility inrush mitigation. It employs a specially engineered pre-insertion transformer that is activated during the initial energization phase of a facility to curb inrush current. Once normal operations commence, the transformer is deactivated to maintain operational efficiency. This system ensures compliance with power quality standards set by utility companies. ClearSky PLUS is a patented* modular interconnection solution which includes a specially designed pre-insertion transformer. It is switched in-circuit during initial facility energization to limit the amount of inrush current, then switched out-of-circuit for normal facility operation. The result is automated whole facility inrush mitigation ensuring power quality standards required by utilities are met.

The pre-insertion controller can be monitored remotely using the Built-in User Interface powered by Aderis Energy’s powerful Acuity edge platform and via industry standard MODBUS TCP/IP.

Technicians can enable or disable automatic operation of the switching sequence by using the manual automatic / repair-service-mode switch.
