Climbex - High-Pressure Cleaning System
High-pressure cleaning system with the use of phase separation technology is designed for removal of mineral deposits from tanks and pipelines. Application of the phase separation system allows the separation of suspension formed during tank or pipeline cleaning into liquid with contaminants below 200 micrometers and sediment with grain size above 200 micrometers. Pre-treated water can be reused in the cleaning process (e.g. in the low-pressure cleaning process) or transferred to the onsite wastewater treatment plant.
The use of a separation system significantly reduces the formation of sludge during industrial cleaning.
We collect most of the contaminants identified on the industrial market: solids, liquids and gases, with the possibility of carrying out the process in conditions posing threat to human life. We comprehensively clean industrial buildings in phase separation, gas recirculation and initial oil suspension separation systems, also with the use of a robot replacing men in hazardous conditions.
We use an innovative set of devices which allows for the ongoing separation of the sucked contaminants from the cleaning fluid and makes it possible to perform cleaning in conditions posing threat to human life or health.
The set of devices consists of four mobile and independent systems, each of which is innovative:
- System of simultaneous suction of suspensions, mechanical phase separation and reuse of the cleaning liquid (phase separation system)
- System of simultaneous suction of water-oil dispersions, mechanical phase separation and reuse of the cleaning fluid (oil suspension separation system)
- High volatility contaminant suction system with inert gas recycling (gas recycling system)
- Cleaning system with the use of a robot replacing men in hazardous conditions
