Texol - CO Extractors
The CO extractors supply dry air, free from carbon monoxide, which is essential for many industrial and laboratory applications, leading to improved process quality, reduced equipment downtime and lower operation costs.

Utilising Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology our CO2 extractors provide ideal performance, efficiency and reliability. Ultra dry air containing less than 1ppm of CO2 is delivered as required. The design of the extractor allows it to be easily wall or stand mounted.
Our CO2 Extractors provide flexibility to match your system requirements. Each system can deliver a variety of flow rates and pressures to suit your specifications.

Air from an external source enters the system via the inlet filters. Air then enter the first extractor tower via a solenoid valve. After passing through the extractor tower the now dry and CO2 free air exits the system via an outlet filter and regulator. A portion of the outlet air is diverted into the second extractor tower to purge it ready for use. At regular intervals the active tower switches allowing each tower to be purged in turn.
