Aerosphere - CO2 Monitoring Systems
FromCyl-Tec, Inc.
Aerosphere® CO2 Monitoring Systems offer an advanced solution for monitoring carbon dioxide levels and detecting leaks in various environments. These systems are crucial for maintaining safety in facilities and offices by preventing overexposure to CO2, a gas that, while typically harmless in normal atmospheric levels, can pose significant health risks at higher concentrations. The system is designed to monitor up to four separate areas simultaneously from a single power source, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Given that CO2 is 1.5 times heavier than air, it tends to accumulate from the ground up, making these monitoring systems essential devices for detecting high concentrations early. The system’s alarm levels are adjustable, providing flexibility in different settings. These monitoring systems are particularly useful in industrial, medical, and cryogenic applications where precise and reliable CO2 detection is critical. Additionally, they come with downloadable PDF resources on CO2 risks, operational specifications, and alarm levels for user convenience. Most popular related searches

Safely monitor Carbon Dioxide gas levels and detect leaks of higher concentrations using Aerosphere® CO2 monitoring systems. CO2 Monitoring systems monitor carbon dioxide levels and detect leaks protecting facilities and offices from overexposure. The system can have up to four (4) separate areas being monitored at the same time from one power source.
- Standard Aerosphere® CO2 Monitoring System:
The “Primary Unit” system is a CO2 single sensor with integrated audible/visible alarm indicators, designed to measure CO2 concentrations in a confined space environment at any location. - Complete Aerosphere® CO2 Monitoring System:
This complete “Plug and Play” system contains a Primary Unit, CO2 Sensor, Horn Strobe, 704 Hazmat Sign, 6 ft. Sensor Cable, 2 ft. Horn Strobe Cable, Screws/Cable Clamps/Power Strap, three Signs, and Installation Manual. - Secondary Sensor Kit:
This system can be located hundreds of feet from the Primary Monitor that powers it. Can also be used to satisfy Supervisory requirements for “area normally occupied.” Has the ability for its own Horn Strobe. - Sensor Cover:
Sensors are installed 12 inches above the ground for the best results. This cover will protect the sensor from physical and water damage to extend the life of the sensor. (Hardware included) - Shut Off Solenoid Valve:
Shut Off Solenoid valves can be added to the CO2 tanks for extra security. When a high level of CO2 is detected by a Solenoid valve it will automatically shut off the flow of CO2.
- Three adjustable alarm levels – Default levels (ppm): 5,000; 15,000; & 30,000
- Compliant with IFC 2021 Edition, NFPA 55, NBIC, UL Listed, and Manufactured in an ISO 9001 Certified facility
- Flexible Configuration: The system can have up to 4 separate areas being monitored at the same time from one power source
- User-configurable alarm levels and operating modes
- Individual or standard alarm configurable
- Daisy Chain horn strobes
- Two NO/NC relays for connection to fire panels and ventilation system (option for 3rd energized relay for power loss monitoring)
- Designated (red) Solenoid shut off connection for easy plug-and-play installation
- Temperature range of 32 to 125 degrees Fahrenheit
