3LPE Coated Steel Pipe Means That The Coating Of The Steel Pipe Has Three Layers, Which Are Polyethylene Or Polypropylene Outer Surface, Adhesive, And Fbe Inner Coating.
Because We Need To Use Polyethylene Or Polypropylene To Wrap The Surface Of The Steel Pipe In The Last Step, 3lpe Coated Steel Pipe Can Only Be Applied To The Outer Surface Of The Steel Pipe.

- Layer 1 Comprises a Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder and a Solvent-Free Liquid Epoxy Coating. It Is Applied to the Surface of the Steel Pipe After Sandblasting and Descaling (FBE>100um).
- Layer 2 Is an Adhesive, That Requires Specific Excellent Adhesive Properties and Serves to Connect the Bottom Layer ( FBE) with the Outer Protective Layer (PE), (AD: 170-250um).
- Layer 3 Is the Polyethylene Layer (PE), Which Has Excellent Wrapping and Protective Properties. (PE 1.8 to 3.7mm).
