Tramex - Coating Pan System

Available in standard cGMP and customized models with SS 304/316/316L contact parts. Extensively used for sugar and film coating of tablets, pellets and granules. Comprises of ellipsoidal shaped pan fabricated using SS plate, mounted on gearbox shaft, driven by an electric motor. The complete drive unit is enclosed in a sturdy unit. Heaters are interlocked with the blower motor, therefore unless the blower is on, the heater does not start. Modern PLC with manual operating system.
