CMI 155 & CMI157
RAPID AND RELIABLE INSPECTION OF PAINT, LACQUER, AND PROTECTIVE COATINGS ON METAL SUBSTRATES
The CMl155 and CMl157 are capable of measuring the thickness of a single layer or the total thickness of applied coatings on steel, aluminium and other metals. CMI233
HIGH PERFORMANCE, RUGGED DESIGN THAT IS AFFORDABLE
The CMI233® gauge provides a reliable means for performing accurate, efficient inspection of coating/plating thickness at an affordable price. Measurements can be taken in automatic or continuous modes. Our CMI233® has a unique scanning option which compensates for uneven or textured substrate materials, enhancing performance of gauge repeatability and reproducibility. A large memory capacity for over 12,000 readings can accommodate even high usage applications. Accommodates 1 eddy current and 2 magnetic probes.

CMI 243
ADVANCED METALLIC COATING MEASUREMENT
The CMl243® is an essential tool for any metal finisher. It has a flexible and easy-to-use design with the ECP-m probe which uses phase-sensitive eddy current technology. With the CMI243® using the EPC-m probe it is possible to accurately measure metallic coatings over ferrous substrates - even on small, odd-shaped or rough surfaces. This gauge is ideal for use on fasteners and transportation components, featuring user-friendly controls and performance that is comparable to X-ray fluorescence (XRF) instruments. For added value, the CMI243® can be expanded with a magnetic induction probe for measuring paint and other coatings on magnetic substrates.

CMI 255 & CMI 257
Two probe configurations designed to fit your measurement needs The CMI255 and CMI257 coating thickness gauges offer dual technology along with high reliability testing of protective and decorative coatings applied to steel, iron, aluminium and other metals. With on-board statistics to review a series of measurements and the ability to account for variations in substrate materials, our CMI255 and CMI257 are superior quality assurance and inspection tools for:

These compact, handheld gauges are factory calibrated and automatically select the best measurement technique for the base material. The gauges are durably designed, include a rubberized cover and meet IP52 environmental protection standards to withstand use in harsh conditions. The CMI255 features an integrated probe for single-handed operation. The CMI257 features a tethered probe for taking measurements on locations that are more difficult to reach.

CMI730
TEST FOIL, LAMINATE, SURFACE, TRACES AND THRU-HOLE COPPER WITH A SINGLE DEVICE
The CMl760® accepts multiple probe types to meet almost any PCB application, including surface copper, and through-hole applications. Our CMl760® comes standard with the SRP-4 probe and an advanced statistical package for interpretation of test data. This instrument is highly-expandable, capable of both micro-resistance and eddy current testing for the accurate and precise measurement of copper. Optional accessories are available to measure thru-hole copper thickness.
