Hitachi High-Tech - Model CMI155 & CMI157 -Coating Thickness Handheld Gauges for PCB Copper
The CMl155 and CMl157 are capable of measuring the thickness of a single layer or the total thickness of applied coatings on steel, aluminium and other metals.
