The MT9928 is equipped with Cohu’s DI-Core Data Intelligence System, facilitating real-time equipment monitoring and data analytics for optimized factory automation. This system enhances productivity, achieving up to 28,000 units per hour with zero test time. It supports various input and output configurations and enables swift package style changes within approximately one hour, making it ideal for markets such as automotive, computing, industrial, IoT, and optoelectronics.

It’s modular and scalable design provides a variety of options, from engineering to high volume manufacturing, allowing configuration of the MT9928 exactly according to the test needs.
A wide range of different package types are supported. This also includes sensor test solutions. Easy-access design and easy-to-change conversion kit parts support fast and easy package style changes.
The MT9928 has a large soak capacity with a soak booster which reduces soaking time by up to 50%. The handler features the entire tri-temp range at outstanding temperature accuracy and stability. Various contact side modes are available and features free contact site mapping.
