STSS CO LLC makes a line of General Purpose Cold Water Storage Tanks. Benefits of an STSS Water Storage Tank: Durability. The STSS storage tank can’t rust and has a long life expectancy. Ease of Installation: The STSS tank is collapsed at the factory then shipped in a crate 19 inches wide and 53 inches high. Tanks are light weight. Two people can carry a tank through a doorway, down a hall, up or down stairways with ease. Fully Manufactured. For installation, remove the crate and open the tank. It can be set up and ready for water in a few hours. Adequate Storage now possible for most applications.
STSS can supply water storage tanks from 275 to 5000 gallons for On-Site Water Storage
Firesite Water Storage Tank Specifications:
- Round construction. .032 embossed aluminum exterior.
- Single sheet .045 thickness EPDM tank and lid liner.
- Rigid R-14 isocyanurate foam insulation.
- RTV silicone sealant.
- 3 Ports. 1 water suction port, 1 fill port, 1 overflow port.
- 1 air vent in the lid for float adjustment ½” with bug and rodent screen.
- Brass automatic float/fill valve ½” to assure the tank remains full of water.

Domestic Water Storage Tank Specifications:
- Round construction. .032 embossed aluminum exterior.
- Liner. NSFIANSI standard 61 white 40 mill water contact material PVC.
- Insulation. 2½” Styrofoam lid and base. 2-½” Foil-faced Urethane side wall.
- 3 Port. 1 water suction port, 1 fill port, 1 overflow port.
- 1 air vent in the lid with bug and rodent screen and debris filter where required.
NOTE: STSS CO INC is not responsible for the condition or cleanliness of the water used from this tank. It is NOT a purifying filtration system. Before drinking water that has not already been treated, be sure to obtain information on the proper treatment methods available such as boiling, etc.
