COLLIN - Model P Professional Series -Compounder for Pilot Series and Production
The P Professional series from COLLIN represents a high-performance solution within their range of compounders, designed to support both pilot series and production applications. These flexible and modular machines are engineered with a high-performance version capable of handling process temperatures up to 500°C. The machines conform to standards such as Machine Directive 2006/42/EG, ISO 12100, and EN 13849-1 and -2, ensuring reliability and safety. The user interface is managed through a touch screen CMI 17, allowing precise control. The series boasts 25% more performance density compared to previous versions and is suitable for utilization with downstream equipment like water baths, pelletizers, and blown or flat film lines, making it versatile for various industries. The compounders cater to specific applications including laboratory tests, research, development, and medical technology.
The P for Professional series compounders is the high-performance version among the COLLIN compounders. Correspondingly, they are also available as high-performance version for a process temperature of up to 500°C.
