TDI - Model CD Series -Combination Sewer Jetting and Vacuum Truck
The CD Series Combination Sewer Jetting and Vacuum Truck by TDI Engineering and Machinery Ltd. Co. is a robust vehicle designed for efficient removal of various types of debris such as sand, stones, bottles, cans, grease, sludge, and other particulates from sanitary sewer and drain lines. This truck utilizes the power of both high-pressure water and vacuum technologies. Featuring a positive displacement vacuum pump and a high-pressure water pump, it is ideal for intensive sewer cleaning operations. The self-contained water supply ensures a reliable source for the high-pressure pump, while the cylindrical debris tank collects all removed materials. Capable of simultaneous high-pressure flushing and debris removal, this truck can be adapted to different truck chassis configurations (two, three, or four axles) with varying tank volumes to suit specific requirements. Optional customizations are available, providing tailored solutions for diverse disposal operations.
Combined sewer jetting and vacuum truck is used for removing sand, stones, bottles, cans, grease, sludge and other debris from sanitary sewer and/or drain lines by the flushing action of high pressure water. The unit includes a positive displacement vacuum pump and a high pressure water pump. Combination jet/vac machine is equipped with self-contained water supply as the water source for the high-pressure pump and a cylindrical debris tank for collecting all materials coming from the sewer system . Combination unit is able to perform simultaneous high pressure flushing of sewer pipe and removal of liquids and solids from the sewer manhole.
Combined sewer jetting and suction superstructure can be produced on different kinds of truck chassis of two, three, or four axles with the following tank volumes:
- Approx. 9.000 lt. with load capacity of 18t trucks
- Approx. 14.500 lt. with load capacity of 26t trucks
- Approx. 20.000 lt. with load capacity of 32t trucks
- Hydrodynamic sewer and pipeline cleaning of diameters from 150 to 1200 mm.
