The IWAT Compact-Conus flotation system has been developed for reliable and space-saving use in the plastic recycling and food industries. It combines state-of-the-art flotation technology with an extremely compact design that occupies at least 50% less space than comparable systems due to its two-stage configuration. Thanks to its lightweight construction using PP and PVC, new installation possibilities arise. The specially designed two-stage flotation process – within one tank – enables more efficient separation of floatable particles and ensures a higher dryness level of the floated sludge, thanks to the patented conical design.

For larger throughput capacities exceeding 35 m³/h, multiple units can be connected in parallel, providing additional redundancy while guaranteeing a higher level of process security. Optimized for continuous cleaning, this system avoids dead zones and reduces sediments almost completely. With integrated pH control and precise air supply, our CCF system offers a reliable solution for the highest demands in the industry, ideal for applications such as meat processing, food industry, metal processing, and plastic recycling.
