Gamma 450 - the compact, fully automatic wire processing machine - processes crimps and seals on both sides with a wire cross section of 0.13 –4 mm². The fully automatic Gamma 450 wire processing machine is a compact device for its performance. Thanks to fully integrated, seamless quality monitoring with CFA/CFA+, ACD and Q1250 and optional modules, it can be adapted to high and future-oriented requirements. By individually configuring the machine at four stations, the processes can be set up to meet the respective needs. This makes the Gamma 450 particularly suitable for the automotive industry and its changing requirements for durable machines. The ergonomic design, logical workflows and simple user guidance increase economic efficiency. Terminal reels and crimp tools can also be replaced during operation thanks to the STC tool and terminal reel quick changer.

Quick setup and wire insertion without guide elements
With the additional integrated STC manual changeover system, two crimp tools and terminal reels can be changed in the shortest possible time.
With the dual head, the wires are cut precisely. The incision monitoring system checks the slightest contact of the blade with the conductor and sorts out the wires.
To meet the most exacting quality requirements, the Q1250 strip quality monitoring system uses an optical sensor during operation to check every individual strand for defects.
Like all fully-automatic machines, the Gamma 450 is easy to operate. The parameters and operation can be set up directly on the crimp module.
