BioCrux - Model VPM -Compact Hydraulic Vertical Press Machine

BIOCRUX VPM is a PLC controlled hydraulic vertical press machine. This machine is suitable for all kind of soft packaging material like card board, thermocol, bubble wrap, corrugated boxes etc. The machine is made for retailers and waste producers to manage their packaging waste at source of generation. With hydraulic capacity of 6.5 tons it can crush and reduce any packaging material volume upto 50%. Machine has two strips which helps user to bind bale to prevent from inflating again. Machine has two parts (chamber), one for feeding the waste and another for releasing the baled waste. Approximately 30-45 minutes required to make one bale (depend on material also). Machine is easy and safe to use.
