The NYONE Compact Image Cytometry device is engineered to facilitate high-throughput cell imaging and analysis for laboratories with limited bench space. It offers a robust design with a small footprint, maintaining optical quality and functional efficiency for medium-scale laboratory operations. This automated imager is available in various configurations, including the Scientific series for high-resolution applications with 16-bit sCMOS cameras and high-NA objectives, and the 4K series providing true 0.8 µm resolution at 10x. Designed to handle SBS plate formats, culture dishes, and slides, it supports up to five fluorescence emission filters alongside brightfield. Its throughput can reach up to 150 plates per day, with variable resolutions based on selected objectives. The NYONE leverages YT-SOFTWARE for image acquisition and device control, featuring automation-ready setups for enhanced productivity. Its quantum efficiency is tailored for weak fluorescence detection, optimizing signal-to-noise ratios. Furthermore, optional configurations offer batch processing, external barcode reading, and hardware automation packages for flexible laboratory integration.
