BinMaster - Model CNCR-400.SS -Compact Stainless Steel Radar
This model of the CNCR-400 features an all-metal housing which is ideal if no local display or status indication is required. Outputs are easily integrated into a control system using an IO-Link. It measures up to 49 ft. (15 m) and is designed for level measurement in hygienic processes in the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
The CNCR-400 80 GHz radar level sensor is a non-contact measurement device for process level monitoring. This compact sensor, measuring just 6 inches in length and 1.5 inches in diameter, is ideal for automated inventory monitoring in compact storage tanks, mixers, or vessels with agitators. It excels in sanitary processing environments and delivers precise readings even in challenging conditions such as turbulence, condensation, and buildup.
The CNCR-400, a Bluetooth-enabled radar level sensor, is set up using the BinMaster Sensor App. But what truly sets it apart is its compatibility with the BinCloud® inventory management system. This feature enables real-time monitoring and automated alerts across multiple sites, accessible from a phone, tablet, or PC, giving you a sense of security and control over your inventory.

The CNCR-400 measures vessel heights up to 49 feet/15 meters in sanitary processing operations. This compact sensor is only about 6” long and 1.5” in diameter, measures within 0.2”/5mm, and updates in seconds.
