S.K Euromarket - Complemental Treatment Systems
Our Coagulation and Flocculation systems are complete structures designed to increase the effectiveness and the efficiency of filtration systems, solids separation, FOG separation and sludge treatment systems. These systems are either fed by ready-to-use coagulant and flocculant solutions or by made-on-site flocculant with the use of our Polymer Make-Up-Units.

A number of criteria play a role in designing our Coagulation and Flocculation systems.
- The solids concentration and FOG (Fat Oil Grease) concentration of the incoming stream. Depending on the application, these concentrations may fluctuate
- The flow characteristics of the incoming stream: average flow, peak flow and duration of fluctuations
- The desired solids and FOG concentration for the outgoing stream
The performance of these systems is depending highly on the selection of the right coagulant and flocculant agent. Our long collaboration with the biggest chemical agent manufacturers gives us the opportunity to select from their wide range the most suitable coagulant and flocculant. The selection process involves a scientific criteria and methodology.
The systems comprise of:
- Coagulant and Flocculant storage tanks
- Stirring devices for Coagulant and Flocculant
- Dosing units for Coagulant and Flocculant
- Electric Control Panel
- Mixing chamber (or flocculator)
The mixing process is done with the use of:
- Paddle mixers in atmospheric conditions
- Enclosed chamber with or without propeller mixers
- Pipe in-line mixers
All components and pieces of equipment such as dosing units, control panels and sensors and sourced by reputable international manufacturers with whom we have long term partnerships.
Tanks and mixing devices are in-house designed and manufactured to the highest specification standards and with materials and processes that fit for each particular purpose.
Complete skid-mounted turnkey units that can be easily removed and reinstalled are also available upon request.
