What is KCD-X?
- A powerful, all-natural post-conditioner which reduces grease mat build-up over time.

An Extremely Powerful Deodorizer and Cleaning Agent with Many Benefits:
- A powerful deodorizer that greatly reduces dissolved H2S, methane, phosgene and ammonia levels along with other toxic gases immediately.
- This conditions collection piping mains by sloughing off both accumulated ionic and hydrophobic buildup, disallowing colloidal, pin or straggler mat build-up.
- KCD-X works best as a post-conditioner to lift stations. It is very easy-to-use, requiring only the addition of water to activate/dissolve the all-natural, environmentally green, kationic cleaning reagent.
Exceptional Performance:
Lift stations face several issues including, but not limited to, toxic and odorous gas buildup, FOG matting and clogging. Aggregation of large biosolids may interfere with flow both at the water-level and throughout the piping. Toxic gas buildup contributes to the chemical corrosion of internal surfaces and harms helpful microbes.

Removes Toxic Gases
Toxic gases such as H2S, CO and phosgene are adsorbed onto the large surface area of the KCD-X powder and drawn into the greater emulsion. -
Eliminates Odors
Most offensive lift station odors are caused by the presence of volatile aromatic or sulfur based compounds such as hydrogen sulfide gas. Odorant molecules adhere to KCD-X powder and are no longer offensive. -
Disperses Grease and Loosens Mats
Once dissolved in water, KCD-X attracts and adsorbs the hydrophobic tails of FOG molecules, expediting the emulsification process. -
Improves Line Flow
KCD-X emulsifies FOG that may otherwise separate and plate along the sides of piping, reducing line flow. This is great solution for preconditioning Waste Water Treatment Facility influent. -
Controls Corrosion
By removing hydrogen sulfide from the water phase, less corrosive sulfuric acid is generated in your lift stations and pipes.

Recommended Dosage:
We recommend a weekly maintenace dose of 1-2 buckets per lift station. Initial treatment and problem lift stations may require a larger dose of 3-5 buckets.
