The SFM1_HACK compressor unit is specially designed for determining the moisture content of coarser materials. The open, sloping compression channel prevents clogging or bridging, even with very long and large pieces of material. A pneumatic cylinder compresses the fallen material and pushes it over the sensor measuring surface of the integrated ACO moisture measuring sensor under constant conditions. The measuring surface is cleaned at the same time. Constant material compaction and an even dumping height enable very good measurement results.
In addition to mounting the SFM1_HACK, eg directly in a dryer inlet, the unit can also be attached to a wall of a chute
