Alken CLEAR-FLO - Model 5200-5XFF -Concentrated Liquid Non-Slip Kitchen and Restaurant Floor Cleaners
ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 5200-5XFF is the manufacturing concentrate used to formulate an easily appliedno-rinse floor cleaning liquidfeaturing six powerful grease degradingnon-pathogenic Bacillus strains and a small amount of industrial-strength surfactant (additional surfactant is required in the formulated product)for deep cleaningto remove embedded residual organics left in cracksporescorners and crevices. This unique product is specifically designed for cleaning tile flooring and grout in all kitchenswhether in homesrestaurantscafeteriasor industrial settings. Formulation Directions:
Use the entire contents of 5 gallon pail or 55 gallon drum, when blending to produce finished product. For every 1 part of concentrate add 4 parts total of water, surfactant and coloring. For private label blending, each portion of concentrate may be diluted with as much as 14 parts water, surfactant and color. Blend the resulting solution slowly for a minimum of thirty (30) minutes to assure proper dispersion of bacterial spores into the solution. Specific suggested formula will be provided with every order of manufacturing concentrate. If our formulation instructions are followed, you have permission to label the product ALKEN CLEAR-FLO® 5200. If alternate ingredients are selected or higher dilutions are used, please "private label" the finished product.
Do not allow concentrate or blended formula to stand without agitation during repackaging or the amount of bacteria in each package may vary outside of specifications.
Directions For Use Of Formulated (Diluted) Product:
Shake or stir THOROUGHLY immediately before using. Bacterial spores settle to the bottom of the pail or drum, more so in this formula than in many of our other blends. Mix two (2) to three (3) ounces of CF 5200 with each gallon of water used. No rinsing required.
Packaging and Handling:
ALKEN CLEAR-FLO 5200-5XFF is packaged in 5 gallon plastic pails with pour spout and handle or 55 gallon plastic closed-head drums. Store in a cool place. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and open wounds. Wash hands with soap and water after handling. Minimum order 5 x 5 gallon pails or 1 x 55 gallon drum.
