Concorde - 3 Piece Design Ball Valves
Three-piece ball valves consist of three pieces: two end caps and a body. The end caps are typically threaded or welded or flanged end, the main body section may be easily removed for cleaning or repair without removing the end caps. This can be a very valuable option because it prevents a line shutdown if maintenance is required. Since the main body of a 3-piece ball valve can be removed for cleaning and maintenance, it is often the most cost-effective option in the long run. Changing seats and seals is more affordable than replacing the entire valve, and not having to remove the pipe connectors prevents a line shutdown should maintenance be required.
They also meet several useful specifications such- like WCB, CF8, CF8M, and CF3M, proper face-to-face dimension and leakage class as per manufacturing standards such as (API, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS 17292).
The ball Valves are basically Soft Seated, gives 100% Leak Proof tight shut off at Temperature ranging from - 20°c to 200°c. The ball Valves are provided with Self Lubricated & Replaceable PTFE Moulded Seat & Mirror finished polished Stainless Steel Ball which Reduces Friction and gives very smooth operation, therefore the valves becomes free from maintenance giving long life. Our 3-piece standard design ball valves suit a wide range of applications in water, gas, air, and oil environments.. The valves are available in sizes from ½” to 14” and come with three end-connections: screwed end, flanged end, and socket weld.
