Hartl - Model PE909 -Concrete Tie Recycler (CTR )

CTR - Concrete Tie Recycler - is the most advanced and cost efficient solution to recycle steel reinforced concrete ties / sleepers in a high volume of more than 100 pieces per hour. The implemented Hartl Jaw Crusher is designed with a unique up trust toggle system, better known as the Hartl Quattro Movement, which moves the ties effectively downwards into the crusher chamber. The result is a high throughput, very clean steel bars and a cubical shape of the crusher concrete. The electrical driven crusher is powered by two powerful synchro motors and offers a reverse drive function and automatic deblocking mode. In combination with the separator set, consisting of two conveyors and a strong permanent magnet it makes the CTR complete. Optional further conveyors and screeners out of the Hartl Crusher Modular Solution product range make the CTR to a complete mobile recycling plant.
