Zullig - Model LF-25 -Conductivity Measurement
The series of LF-25 probes are in line with the system of the other -25 types. The completely revised construction guarantees improvements in handling as well as cost advantages.
- No electrodes
- Temperature-compensated measuring values
- Wide measuring range
- Maintenance-free
- Mounting types versatile
Measuring system without electrodes for a wide measuring range.
Versions:
- Shaft probe with hood
- Build-in probe
- Submersion probe
- Version for pressureless exchange valves
Types:
- LF-25
- LFBL-25 (in process)
The inductive, non electrode measuring system is appropriate as well for continous use even in harsh conditions.
The strengths of the Züllig conductivity sensor LF-25:
- Ideal for application in dirty and aggressive products
- No polarization effects
- Preamplifier integrated in probe (Distance between transmitter and probe up to 300m possible)
- Potential separation from measuring medium
- Integrated temperature sensor
Two torroids (transmitter and receiver ) are inductively linked together through the measuring medium. The ratio of the transmitted energy to the received energy is proportional to the conductance of a solution. Since there is no direct contact to the measuring medium, problems such as oily fouling, coating from sludge, etc. are eliminated. The temperature of the investigated material is measured in the sensor, thus enabling a fully automatic conversation of conductivity into a reference temperature.
