The connector consists of only four components, thus our connector enables a quick and simple installation without any special tool. Only the insert pipe will be chosen according to the pipe dimension. With the suitable insert pipe, you can connect every dimension of plastic pipes.
Our connectors are made of thermally unstressed brass and Ecobrass. Ecobrass is a lead-free alloy, qualified for the use in drinking water installations according to the European Drinking Water Directive 98/83/EC. The reliable brass is characterized by dezincification resistance and high durability.
Sealing is provided by the clamping ring, which has a two-function. The clamping ring holds the pipe in the connector and at the same time ensures a secure seal, as the pressure nut presses the clamping ring against the base body when it is tightened. A deformation of the plastic pipe towards the inside is safely prevented through the support tube
