The Peerless HC Plus system uses state-of-the-art technology, with easy to operate controls. From start-up sequencing to shut-down logic, the Peerless system is designed to provide the pump user with complete systemcontrol, as well as maximum operating effi ciency. The HC Plus unit is controlled by the most technologically advanced Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for easy operation and simple confi guration of the input and output parameters demanded by an installation. The PLC includes an Operator Interface Device (OlD), which provides easy access to application specific information. At the heart of the HC Plus is the PLC, designed specifi cally for pump operations. The PLC monitors system conditions and maximizes pump speed to precisely meet operating conditions. Utilizing multiple Proportional Integral Derivatives (PID) loops for smooth operation of the pump, the PLC prevents over-shooting or under-shooting operating parameters. Capability of being programmed via an EEPROM allows for easy fi eld replacement.
