Enviclone - Constant Temperature Humidity Test Chamber
Constant temperature and humidity test chamber is also called constant temperature and humidity testing machine, constant temperature and humidity testing chamber, programmable humidity and heat alternating test chamber, constant temperature machine or constant temperature and humidity chamber. It is to simulate the temperature and humidity conditions of the natural environment, to test the performance of products’ stability, reliability and durability in such simulated environment. It is widely used to test various materials, electronic components, auto parts, food, medicine, etc.
enviClone‘s Constant Temperature Humidity Chamber has the dual heating and cooling systems and humidifying system. - Structure: enviClone’s constant temperature and humidity test chamber is made of stainless steels, with power painted for a good rust-proof performance. The components and accessories are all of world-famous brands or trustworthy suppliers.
- Controller: the controller adopts a programmable intelligent PLC touch screen controller. Temperature and humidity data can be displayed on one same screen. The operating interface is simple and easy to understand, the operating data can be queried in real time, and it is allowed to export through the USB port or 485 communication interfaces.
- Refrigeration system: enviClone’s constant temperature humidity test chamber uses compressors of Tecumseh and refrigerants (R134A) of Danfoss and meets the requirements of environmental protection conventions.
- Humidification system: Independent humidification system, controllable and adjustable. Under high temperature and high humidity conditions, it can run stably for a long time. Equipped with a water tank low water level alarm to prevent dry burning when there is a lack of water.
- Stable performance and low breakdown: enviClone test chambers are designed and manufactured with premium principles, the performance of heating, cooling and humidifying as well as the ramp rate are well guaranteed.
